Here's to Hope!

Hope. A feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing. One of the most important things needed to live. Hope makes life better in other words happy and positive. But what if you're hopeless? everyone goes through this stage of life where they have no hope. Hoping for things to get better is the hardest thing to do when you're in this particular phase of life. The most important thing to survive is just not there. Automatically, When your'e out of Hope you're out of reasons to live which further leads to things getting a lot worse than getting better. In this situation the first step may be to find ways to believe that change is possible, Look for role models who have found solutions. There are many, many people who have overcome tremendous adversity. Perform an act of kindness. Doing acts of kindness can have a dramatic effect on your mood and outlook. Kindness triggers the release of serotonin, so it has an anti-depressant effect. It also calms stress and helps reduce pain.
It's better to Hope for the things to get better rather than just worrying for the things to get worse because all its going to do is ruin your present it's not going to change or effect the future in anyway. So all we can do is Stay positive Happy and Hopeful for the sake of our present. And maybe, only maybe, Things might turn out the way you want them to be.
Hope is going to empower you. It's not going to break you down. It's going to build you up. Also, There's a plus point Hope is renewable if you run out of it at the end of the day you get to start over in the morning. So, Here's to hope. Towards change, towards smiles and happiness.
